There are many ways to lose weight and with the New Year, there is not a better time to start, now the perfect time to start! There are many reasons to lose weight, the most obvious being you are not happy with your figure. Others include; strength (power/weight) gains, overcoming obesity, fitting that dress again, sorry ladies time to man up.

I hope most readers know that to keep your metabolism going throughout the day you should be eating small frequent meals. While I would recommend this, it is also important to eat your fruit! Snacking on healthy food throughout the day will also mean you have less fatty or sugary  cravings.
